Dealing a children who eat less is stressful and annoyed us as a parent. Children are should get enough food intake for the development of their body and brain. Lack of food intake can make impaired the child development

5.      Start to had a family meal at the dinner table, whether it breakfast, lunch or dinner. In will bring the family bonding, and make the children get  easier to eat because there is a sense of togetherness there.
Making a regular eating schedule with children will make them easier to overcome the child who got  the eat less issues. Regular schedule will make the child eat more because they eating in hungry. Make an eating  schedule at least five times a day, which is three times The main meal schedule, morning, noon and night. Then two meals snack such as fruit and cakes.
