Sleep is the basic needed for
all man. You need a nice sleep to charge your energy. Just like a cellphone
that will running out of battery if you use it all along. So does your body.
You will get tired easly, dizzy an emotionally unstable because
off less sleep.

1. Have a sleep schedule and
stick to it. By having e sleep schedule, your body will have sleep-wake cycle
and help you get a better sleep. If you still had a hard sleep even it is past
time, just get up and do something relaxing. Drink some milk or hot chocolate
can help you feeling sleepy. You can do a light exercise also before sleep
2. Make your room comfortable
enough to sleep. You can put your favorit things in your room, use an air
freshener to make the air fresh or aromatherapy candles to relax your mind. Choose mattress and pillow that you like and
feel comfortable to use .
3. Avoid nap if you can. But
if you feel sleepy during the day you can take a nap within 30 minutes. Nap
length will get you less sleep quality
at night.
4. Regular physical
activities will help you to get a better sleep. It will helping you to enjoy
deeper sleep and fall asleep faster. Do it the morning or afternoon, but make
sure you do it away from bedtime so you wont get to exhousted to sleep.
5. Pay attention for what
your eat and drink before you sleep. Caffeine and alcohol can cause some effect
that can disturbing your sleep. Have diner minimum 30 minutes before you sleep.
It will give your body enough time to digest what you eat.
6. Stay awaf from sress. Too
much to think about can make your sleep disturbed. Try to have a time
management to arrange all your activities goes well. So that when it`s time to
sleep. You have nothing to worried about.

only doctor can solved it.
