body, not because it`s more healty but sometimes being fat is a shame thing and far a way from a good

- Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day to keep your metabolism running smoothly. Avoid sweetened beverages such as syrup or soda. Water is more usefull for your body because it filling your stomach with liquid that has zero calories and reduce the amount of calories.
- Catch up in a group who commit to losing weight. You will enjoy the program because it will be maintained for many friends who have the same mision.
- The most important thing is consistency. Probably you stopped the program because you can`t take the hungry feeling and got bored off the exercise. Just try to remember the goal that you trying to make by this program and imagine the result when you succed and get the ideal body you always want
