Most people want an ideal body, not because it`s more healty but sometimes being fat is  a shame thing and far a way from a good looking. Many people do everything they can to get into shape, from a strict diet to excessive exercise without enough knowledge. As a result, they got nothing but hungry and tired.
Losing weight actually is not a difficult thing to do. It`s just need consistency to do the  program until you get the shape you  want.  Mostly  they  failing in the middle of the program   because they can`t handle hungry during the diet and the exercise they should be. instead of weight lose, they got more pounds.
Five things you got to do to get the ideal body is :

  1. Maintain a diet by eating healthy foods. Eat more fresh food and vegetables. Choose lean protein instead of fatty ones sure can help you lose weight. Vegetables and fruits contain fiber that help your stomach fill up more quickly. It`s good for your digestion, therefore you will eat less. Avoid fried foods, it`s rather  boil or steam  the food.
  2. Exercise regularly 30 minutes a day, at least 3 times per week. Cardio exercise is more recommended for those who want to lose weight. Start by walking around your neighborhood, take an aerobic class or play a sport.
  3. Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day to keep your metabolism running smoothly. Avoid sweetened beverages such as syrup or soda. Water is more usefull for your body because it filling your stomach with liquid that has zero calories and reduce the amount of calories.
  4. Catch up in a group who commit to losing weight. You will enjoy the program because it will be maintained for many friends who have the same mision.
  5. The most important thing is consistency. Probably you stopped the program because you can`t take the hungry feeling and got bored off the exercise. Just try to remember the goal that you trying to make by this program and imagine the result when you succed and get the ideal body you always want
Having an ideal body is not only  got you the good looking but healty also. A body with great stamina make you got easier to do all the activities with less tired.
